Rules:
No purchase is necessary, one entry per person per day. Entrants must comply with the overall goal of the Commuter Challenge initiative: to reduce the number of single-occupant vehicles on the roadways in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.

Term:
This contest will last from June 1 to August 31, 2004. All entries will be compiled for the The Commuter Challenge Contest Prize Drawing.

Grand Prize:
The grand-prize winner will receive two (2) roundtrip air travel tickets on Southwest Airlines.

No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers of prizes are permitted. Grand Prize winner and guest must depart and return to same airport. Note: Flight service into and out of Dallas Love Field airport is subject to the requirements of the Wright Amendment.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received between June 1 and August 31, 2004.

How to Participate:
To enter, log on at www.tryparkingit.com to register your name, address, employer and miles traveled to work each day utilizing a commuting alternative in lieu of a commuting alone vehicle. Log on during June 1 through August 31, 2004 for every day that you meet the requirements of using a commute alternative.

Eligibility:
Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Only entries between June 1, 2004 and August 31, 2004, are eligible. All entrants must reside or be employed in the Dallas-Fort Worth counties of Dallas, Collin, Denton or Tarrant.

All prizes will be awarded directly from the Sponsor. Families and employees of the Sponsor, its subcontractors and participating organizations are not eligible.

To Claim Prize:
Winners will be notified by certified mail and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned within seven (7) days after prize notification or prizes will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If prize notification letter is returned undeliverable or unclaimed, the prizes will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Prize winners' guests must execute Liability Releases and, where legal, Publicity Releases prior to the issuance of travel documents. Unclaimed or undeliverable prizes will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any media without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability:
A winner agrees that neither the Sponsor, nor their affiliated entities, nor any of the Employees, Officers, Directors, Agencies or Representatives shall be liable for any injury, loss, or damage due in whole or in part to winner's participation in this Challenge or winner's acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the awards. Nor are they responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Challenge-related materials; fraudulent, misdirected, incomplete, altered or illegible entries; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Winner is solely responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes on prize and for any travel or other expenses not specifically mentioned in prize description. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify Challenge if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Challenge as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. This Challenge offer is being made exclusively by the Sponsor.

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission whether caused by Sponsor, user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error that may occur in the process of submissions that may limit a participant's ability to participate in this promotion.
